TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A CONTRACT. BY CLICKING "I AGREE" BELOW, YOU ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Conditions of Service:
1. Gee See Gold Coast will not be responsible for travel delays and after effects due to traffic and/or other unforeseen events and/or circumstances and strongly recommend passengers have adequate travel insurance.
2. Inbound International Flights - Gee See Gold Coast will be allowing approximately 40 minutes from arrival time for passengers' Customs processing and luggage collection where Gee See Gold Coast may at their discretion, apply further charges in an event of an unlikely waiting time in excess of a total of 60 minutes from the flight's landing time.
3. Luggage is limited to 2 suitcases per person. Unusually excessive baggage number and /or size may attract a surcharge or may refuse carriage at the discretion of Gee See Gold Coast staff. Passengers are advised that all luggage are labeled clearly including full address and contact phone number/s. Gee See Gold Coast will not be responsible for loss or damage to luggage, personal and or valuable items in the duration of or while in transit with us where the passengers' travel insurance should provide adequate cover for such event.
4. Cancellation policy - Gee See Gold Coast may accept booking cancellation within an adequate time frame and number of re-bookings and cancellation from original booking time. Gee See Gold Coast may apply a surcharge for cancellation depending on the time allowed before the intended service delivery. Should a deposit have been paid in advance and the client requested their booking cancelled within 2 days prior to the original booking time, then the client may be refunded their deposit 100%. The client may only be refunded their paid deposit up to 50% if the cancellation occurred 24 hours prior to the original booked time. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 23 hours from the intended booked service delivery time.
5. Courtesy Services - Gee See Gold Coast provides courtesy amenities/services such as Mobile Broadband Internet Access, 240-volt 50 Hz. Power Utility utilizing a 12VDC to 240VAC Inverter and/or Newspaper which may not be available in the duration of the travel which may not be used as grounds for refund of money paid. Gee See Gold Coast will not be responsible for any damage, immediate or delayed, to any equipment plugged-into the courtesy 240VAC Power Supply System.
